Today's moodboard isn't necessarily a color in particular. While you could say this looks like a lot of navy blue in one place, it's more directed towards the theme. To me, moodboards can be a theme, a color, or even a grouping of colors. Whatever is inspiring you. And since spring is finally here and we can shout from the rooftops that the cold weather is {hopefully} past us until next winter... Nothing says warmer weather like a little nautical themed moodboard.

Style Series: Oversized Floral

Hello Friends! It's that time of year when the weather is beautiful, flowers are in full bloom and the parks and pools are filled with people enjoying and soaking up the sun. I don't know about you but I don't enjoy anything more than knowing that the cold winter is over and the nicest weather is right in front of us!

Speaking of flowers being in full bloom, today Jaime and I are back and we're bringing you a Style Series with oversized florals! Here's a little about how you can incorporate florals into not only your home but also your wardrobe.

Moodboard Monday

Am I the only one who thinks that mother nature needs to get her act together? We were so temped with the beautiful sunshine and then she tricked us with this cold front! I know some people even saw snow [yes, in april] I'm not a fan! I'm ready for summer, and keeping in that spirit - today's moodboard monday is all about that bright sunshine!

Who's ready to soak up the summer sunshine? I know I am!

I should have apologized in advance for the overload of ginger jars this week.. I just can't help it! I'm swooning over them. Anyone with me? I find them so timeless and they are such classic pieces. With the rate these jars are exploding as a decor trend, having one of these passed down from grandma's collection would be like striking gold. I'm loving the different ways to style them and mix and match them with more modern and clean decor pieces and accessories.

These ginger jars are a little on the pricey side but it's the going rate for these beautiful blue babies. I bet you could make a trip to a thrift store or good will and come across something very similar but that would be like finding a diamond in the rough.  Worth a try though - I think so!
