Can you believe it's already August?? It's that time of year again where summer is coming to an end and you're gearing up to move back into school! Whether you're going to be living on campus in a dorm, or you've got your own digs off campus somewhere - There's no place like home. And you can't have a home without the decor. Can I get an amen? As for now, let's cover one thing at a time. Bedspreads. I read something yesterday on Instagram stating that the average person spends 229,961 hours in bed in their lifetime. WHOA. I'm so happy to say that Defined Designs turns 1 today!! This little blog that I started just a month out of college has turned into something so much more than I ever expected! I'm so grateful for the blogging world in itself - It has opened up so many great opportunities, I've met so many amazing people, and I have discovered so much about myself let alone the design & blogging world! This past weekend I celebrated my 23rd birthday at the beach with a few of my friends. It was so nice to have a mini vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the real world and just be able to hang out with no plans and no responsibilities... everyone deserves a weekend like that right? Well even though Saturday was the big 2-3, I'm taking today to celebrate here on the blog!
