Style Series: Oversized Floral

Hello Friends! It's that time of year when the weather is beautiful, flowers are in full bloom and the parks and pools are filled with people enjoying and soaking up the sun. I don't know about you but I don't enjoy anything more than knowing that the cold winter is over and the nicest weather is right in front of us!
Speaking of flowers being in full bloom, today Jaime and I are back and we're bringing you a Style Series with oversized florals! Here's a little about how you can incorporate florals into not only your home but also your wardrobe.

I'm swooning over anything with flowers this season. Here are my favorite oversized floral looks:

And of course I had to include this adorable floral nursery! For those of you who don't know - Jaime and her husband Casey are expecting a baby girl! Touches of white, pink and gold with an added touch of oversized florals would be perfect in a little girl's nursery {also something that can grow with her!}

Here's Jaime's floral look:

Style Series: Skull Candy

I'm so happy to be back with Jaime from Sunflowers and Stilettos today! You might remember our Color Splash post last month on Winter Whites. We enjoyed bringing you a fashion and design inspired post so much that we are coming back with more!
Today's Style Series post is all about a trend you've probably seen and maybe even taken part in; skulls. Who doesn't like to feel a little badass with a skull scarf or phone case to show off around town?

Today Jaime and I are mixing it up and showing you how to bring skulls into your wardrobe and home. Skulls don't have to be all dark and dreary; mixing metallics with skulls is a great and easy way to brighten up the look and make it more feminine and welcoming.

My favorite skull inspired looks:
